The old taverns serve a wonderful meal in an 18th Century atmosphere. The tuition cost for the 3-day public workshop is $985.00 per person. This fee includes all the workshop materials, continental breakfasts, afternoon refreshment breaks, and lunch on the third day. Three or more people registered at the same time and attending the same workshop session receive a $50 discount per person on the cost of the workshop tuition. The registration fee is due no later than 14 days before the workshop. Fees are fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 14 days prior to the workshop. If cancellation is made after that, a credit certificate will be issued which will allow you to attend any future workshop. Please cancel in writing. If you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time. On occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, a workshop may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please keep that fact in mind when making airline reservations. Job aids include information guides; help systems, checklists, learning aids, worksheets, job standards, and decision-making tools. Your customers may also use them with your products and services. You will take home at least four completed job aids. Before you come to the workshop, you will need to identify the tasks and project you will be working on. The workshop ends at 2:00 p.m. on the third day.
